The Denver Performing Arts Complex has ten venues and spans four-squar blocks.The Denver Performing Arts Complex has ten venues and spans four-square blocks.  Seating 10,891, it is the second largest performing arc center in the nation in seating capacity and the largest in the world under one roof. The Boettcher Concert Hall at the Denver Performing Arts Center is the nation’s first symphony hall in-the-round.  It was at the Performing Arts Center that the Denver Center Theater Company wona Tony Award in 1998 for best regional theatr acting company.  The Ellie Caulkins Opera House opened in 1005 and is world class being one of only three venues in the country and one of nine in the world to have full installation of an electronic seat-back text deliver.  The text from an opera can be displayed in eight languages.
