The Evergreen Children’s Chorale is pleased to present GODSPELL Jr,  a well-loved musical on and off Broadway since 1971. It is based on the Gospel of St. Matthew and weaves together a series of parables about the life of Jesus. It has remained an important part of the modern musical theatre scene because of its versatility in design and the opportunity to incorporate pantomime, charades, acrobatics and vaudeville. It features great songs like “Day by Day” and “Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord”. The Evergreen Children’s Chorale is a community performing organization for children in the 4th through 8th grades. This is live musical theater at its finest and a must see for all ages.
