Community Weed Day

Join us at the 13th annual Community Weed Day. Volunteers are needed to keep Evergreen Lake a healthy habitat for native birds, plants & wildlife. Meet at the picnic tables by the Lake House. Starting at 8 am there will be refreshments with work starting at 8:30am. The goal is to have the entire perimetere of the lake done by 11am. Please bring your own water bottle.

Community Weed Day is sponsored the the Communty Weed Awaremess Campaign, a coalition of Evergreen Audubon, the Mt. Evans Group of the Sierra Club and the Evergreen Garden Club.

5th Annual Mountain Home & Garden Show

The Mountain Area Home and Garden Show (MAHGS) is a place where people from the Denver foothills can come and learn about all the quality businesses that service the mountain area.  Over the last three years an average of 1,500 attendees have come to the show to learn about 65 different vendors.  All the proceeds from the show go back into the community through the Evergreen and Conifer Rotary clubs.  Since its inception the MAHGS has given back over $30,000 to the mountain community.
