(1) RATE WATCH:
Conventional 30 year fixed rates are at 5.875% today with a 1% discount point and 6.125% with NO discount point. FHA rates are at 5.75% with 1% discount and 6.0% with NO discount point.  We NEVER charge additional origination points, and our other fees at closing are $800.00 total.  Wells Fargo Banking clients receive a $300.00 discount on closing costs.

(2) MARKET WATCH;
This week there are many pivotal earnings reports coming out on Wall St.  We think the first TRUE view of how deep the recession is will be available. Watch the market closely as rates may move one way or the other up to .25%.
