This historic log building was constructed in 1927 alongside beautiful Upper Bear Creek and the Evergreen Golf Course. The historic Marshdale Lodge, built in 1920 and recently renovated, is the setting for this dining experience. Dr. Wilbur Marsh, a Denver dentist, purchased 165 acres of land in 1923. The area became Marshdale Park. In 1924 Marsh and his wife erected a tea room and by 1927 15 sleeping rooms above tea room were added. The lodge eventually became home to The Bistro.
