This event is designed to inspire the young musicians by providing students the opportunity to rehearse and perform with the orchestra.  This free event is a collaboration of the area elementary, middle and high schools and the Evergreen Chamber Orchestra.  Kelcey Howell, a young cellist, will perform the last movement of Haydn’s Cello Concerto with the adult orchestra.

Come hear ideas for health and safety for your family from the experts.  The Sherriff’s office will discuss stranger danger and other safety issues, bike and ski helmet safety and pediatric dentists will talk about dental health for children 5 years and younger.  Other topics include play dates, food allergies, child proofing your home, water safety, pediatric first aid and child fitness.  There will be a car seat inspection and screening for developmental delays. Coloring and crafts will also be available for the children.

The Center for the Arts Evergreen is proud to present our bi-annual craft exhibition, Exquisite Objects: The Fine Art of Craft, which has been a tradition for almost 5 years. Twenty-five artists are featured in this juried exhibition, which includes clay, glass, metal, fiber, wood, mixed media, and jewelry.
