The Bistro
Friday, October 3rd, 2008The Bistro is a classic mountain experience of rustic charm and elegance. Offering fine cuisine, German Beers on tap and the freshest ingreidients.
The historic Marshdale Lodge, built in 1920 and recently renovated, is the setting for this dining experience. Dr. Wilbur Marsh, a Denver dentist, purchased 165 acres of land in 1923. The area became Marshdale Park. In 1924 Marsh and his wife erected a tea room and by 1927 15 sleeping rooms above tea room were added. The lodge eventually became home to The Bistro.
Dine in the sunroom with views of the continental divide or nestled up next to the wood-burning fireplace & enjoy the traditional European fare.
